Tribo-Soft Features a Short Film for the first time. I present to you, Madonna made by Tribo-Soft’s sister company, Geniuskanin Productions. This film  is actually our project in our Digital Film Making class, and not really for commercial release (obviously). And guess what? It’s Directed by me! Me and my Group Mates really did our best for this Film to make it good as possible but it’s not really that good as it was evaluated by our Professor although our Prof told us that it’s a good movie, but we have to make some more improvements and I won’t be mentioning them because it will just form a list. But, overall, I’m happy with it and its worth watching.

Another Digital Art from me – Tea Party. My Fast Food Restaurant fan art! Featuring Jollibitch (Female version of Jollibee), Mcbitch (Based on Mcdo girl in Japan) and Wenditch (Wendy’s girl anime style). My concept for them are sweet, beautiful and friends, as opposed from Jollibutcher and McDeath (From some volume of Alipato – An art book yearly released at our university), who kills each other and shows gore and violence. These two are my inspiration in making this artwork.

“It’s hard to maintain a good relationship, but it’s better to strive for it than to end it abruptly, starting undesired and complicated consequences.”

Eating regularly in Fast food restaurants is still not healthy though, since their food is fatty and has lots of sugar and cholesterol, too much of those will make you fat, have illness such as diabetes,  heart-attack and stroke. So, Enjoy their food but not everyday.

Renell Castillo is a bookish girl, and wears glasses just like other braniac girls. Despite being ranked first at academics, She does not see herself inferior or superior to others because such achievements are not important to her.

She is graceful and modest to most people and can be witty if she encounters enemies. Many people thinks that they can’t beat her if they attempt to tease or bully her.

In addition to that, she’s quite sadistic and she can stand seeing violent and gory stuff. That’s why others think that she is creepy.

During her free time at school, she just read random books under a tree, it’s a form of relaxation for her.

She’s a Senior (4th year high school)

Why Glasses Girls?

I started liking them from seeing Manami Homura from Kimi Ga Nozomu Eien.

I don’t know why but I think glasses adds up some cute-factor to both girls and boys (but not all of them, though). And it gives out a classy executive-smart look (where did I get that description?)

So for short, it’s quite a fetish but, they do look on a person for me.

In addition to the classy executive-smart look factor of Glasses Girls, their disturbing characters made me love them more. Most of the Glasses girls characters (like Manami Homura) in Visuals Novels are Yanderes. Yanderes are girls who are passionate and calm but when rubbed the wrong way, they could be psychos and violent. Yes, they are creepy. But this kind of uniqueness is quite another factor for me, hiding anger and doing such evil things takes courage and It’s really a wow for me. Renell is not a Yandere though, because even though they are admirable, they’re not good role models lolz.

Rebuilding the Nation by Sky Reed

Ang Kabataan ay ang Pag-asa ng Bayan. It translates to: The Youth is the hope of our Nation. A simple quote by the Philippine National hero, Jose Rizal. It is very simple yet hard to illustrate – because of its deep thought.

But many people doubt this saying anymore because as said from Pinoy-Anime-Artists, the young generation here in the Philippines is like most of us do nothing all day than texting to almost every time in ‘j3j3m0n’, cutting classes, being ‘so madly in love’ at a very young age, or maybe just about anything that makes people think we’re so worthless that some might say ‘We’re not worth living’.

Does it make you cry?

As printed in our history books and said by teachers, Our National Hero ‘Jose Rizal’ said it himself to our country that:

“Ang kabataan ang pag-asa ng bayan.”
(The youth is the hope of our country)

This quote still gave inspiration to us future heroes, until now but, are we still the youth who are the heroes mentioned above?

Well, we don’t want to be called worthless from our parents, now do we?

So that paragraph (modified a little by me) was posted in the website of Pinoy-Anime-Artists, a group at deviantArt which promotes their contests to make artworks with its theme related to the quote featured above.

I was challenged by the theme because of its simplicity yet hard to illustrate meaning. I had no plans of joining the contest, just their online group but this really made me wonder. It was hard making an artwork at first but, in the end, I was able to come up with one.

Our nation (Philippines) is now degrading from its current government and is still striving to grow.
That’s why today, its up to the Youth to decide whether this nation will stay or its ought to sink in the deep sea.

Our grandparents and parents will soon grow old and tired and will be not able to continue their passion in taking care of our country. They had left gaps and failures so it is in our (Youth’s) hands to complete the blocks that form our country.

We can complete it by helping each other in our own little way. We are future doctors, nurses, artists, architects, scientists,chefs,presidents and so on. That’s why we should not let our lives be thrown away by simple emotional problems, difficulties in studies and other vices because there is more than that that awaits us once we finished our schooling. We should realize that we have something big to do in the future, We will be independent. that’s why we should not give up! Because holding on to your dreams will get you out of your sorrows. Our success will be our country’s glory. It is a legacy to remember and to act upon. So, let’s hold hands and reach out to each other, together we will be able to live on.

So, In the end, we can be still the Heroes of our nation. It’s just sometimes we are shadowed by our problems and missing the bigger picture that “We are better than that“. Or sometimes, we already know that we are great but we are too competitive that we just want all the glory by ourselves, become greedy and boastful and never give chance to others.

And this quote or saying does not just apply in our country but in the other countries as well, specially in the whole  world. Maybe its just we should not just take care of our country’s future but for the world as well. If we just dissolve all the walls of racism, homophobia, pessimism and ego-centrism we can do better and maximize our potentials together and make the world a better place. So, No more talking, Act now!

The story of Rochelle Visual - Megan Fox Suits Rochelle's Role.

Our first Audio Drama is up! We have now here a sample of an Audio Drama titled “The Story of Rochelle” (Ang Kuwento ni Rochelle). This is not really a serious story or a drama, It’s comedy! Lolz because this was just recorded by my classmates for their practice for our radio drama class. So, Audio Drama is really a Radio Drama but I changed it into Audio since, you people won’t be listening to it on a radio. So, Let’s end our wait and explain the plot.

Plot: This is the story about a prostitute named Rochelle who was unfortunately became a victim of a gang rape.

Note: This audio drama is in Filipino Language so, I’m very sorry for the other friends who can’t understand it. Next time, We’ll upload Audio Dramas in English. For those who can, please do enjoy! It’s really funny. Even though the narrator said that there will be a next episode, there won’t be because this is just a practice record.

Harvest Earth Campaign Poster

How do we start a year in a meaningful way? Yes, We should do it, and we should have done it earlier – Caring for our planet.

As long as we are living and there is still life in Earth, it is never too late caring for it, and It should start NOW.

Tribo-Soft now launches its life-time advocacy titled Harvest Earth that aims to promote caring to our planet in simple but effective ways. The concept came from my brother’s nature advisory poster, and I see it nice but still lacks elements for campaign so I made another poster which is shown above.

Our environment’s health is very important – even more important than our lives because it is our shelter, our source of food and resources. It cares for us like a mother and it is God’s greatest creation for us. Without it, we can never continue life.

Earth is very significant in our lives: Both scientifically and religiously.

In Science, it is explained that Ecosystems should be equal – animals, plants, oceans which composes our biodiversity. If our ecosystem will lose any of these like our trees which is devastated by continuous logging, Our soil will be softened by the rain and will erode and many households may sink in soil. That is why we should maintain everything in order.

In Religion like Roman Catholics, they believe that they are created by God as stewards; to continue taking care of his wonderful creations which are the natural resources. That is why we have obligation to keep our Earth safe from disasters.

As you have known, many information and campaigns have been created to convince us to stop polluting our Earth so you might feel that you’re being nagged about this or you might say that you already know this but – Are you really sure? Are you taking care of our planet you if know it already?

So, This campaign is made to remind us all over again about the ways we can take care of our planet in simple ways so we can be sure that all of us can do it – regardless of money or time. We don’t need to be big time to be able to do this.

We can take care of our planet by:

1.) Putting our trash in the proper place. Please control yourselves and reach for the trash can. Don’t leave it on the ground, on the sea, or any water, or in any hidden places that you can put it – Just the trash can.

2.) Segregate your trash. Separate non-bio degradable and bio-degradable. Non-bio degradable are trash that cannot be decomposed such as plastic, Styrofoam and metals. Bio degradable are trash that decompose over time like food, paper and leaves. Segregate them properly so it is easy to determine which can be recycled (Non-bio) and which can be used as fertilizers or can be used for compost pit (bio). If you see, separate trashes in other establishments, please do follow it and don’t imitate other people who just put their trash their aimlessly.

3.) Don’t waste water. If you are not using the faucet, please turn it off and use it again if you need too.  Do not let it run while washing the dishes, brushing your teeth, cleaning vegetables etc. Water is not unlimited and because of this, newer generations will not enjoy clean water. You can also use wash basin and fill only half of it while washing the dishes so you can only use few water but still wash dishes effectively.

4.)  Save Energy. If you are not using your lights, gadgets and appliances, turn it off. Don’t forget to unplug them too, they still consume energy and also adds up to your bills at the same time.

5.) Walk. If you think the place you’re going is just walking-distance don’t use your car. Frequent use of your car adds up to air pollution because of the gas it releases. If you think commuting is cheaper, then go with it than using your car. Walking is healthy for your body and for our environment as well. If you don’t want to walk, you can use your bicycle.

6.) Recycle. We have to learn to use recyclable materials rather than use items which are disposable. These add to the tons of trash we deposit to the earth. Instead of using paper cups or paper bags, which use trees as raw material. We could alternatively utilize ceramic mugs or canisters (can bring that anywhere even at the coffee shops, we might even get a discount for that. We should also revolutionize our customer service menus if you have one at your business. Menus like that can be used over and over again.  In that small way, we can contribute to a greener earth. – From Cher.
